ICE ART Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Wroclaw at Cwiczebna 100 (National Court Register [KRS] number: 0000195291, Tax Identification Number [NIP]: 894-00-06-592, National Business Registry Number [REGON]: 005960489), as the Owner and Administrator of the www.ice.pl presents the information below concerning the application and usage of cookies in the service.

The Service does not collect any information automatically, except for the information in cookies.

Cookies are computer information, especially text files, which are stored in the end device of the Service User and are intended for the usage of Service’s websites. Cookies usually contain the name of the website from which they originate, storage time of cookies in the end device, and a unique number.

The Party saving the cookies in the end device of the Service User and accessing them is Service Administrator.

Administrator - ICE ART Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Wroclaw at Cwiczebna 100 (National Court Register [KRS] number: 0000195291, Tax Identification Number [NIP]: 894-00-06-592, National Business Registry Number [REGON]: 005960489), which provides electronic services, as well as stores and accesses information on the User's devices.
  2. Cookies - computer data, in particular small text files, saved and stored on the devices which the User uses to access the Website.
  3. First-party Cookies - Cookies published by the Administrator, related to the provision of electronic services by the Administrator through the Website.
  4. Third-party Cookies - Cookies provided by the Administrator's partners through the Website.
  5. The Website - a web page or application used by the Administrator to provide online services, functioning under the www.ice.pl domain.
  6. The Device - an electronic device through which the User accesses the Website.
  7. The User - an entity that can be provided with electronic services or with which a contract for the provision of electronic services may be concluded, in compliance with the Regulations and applicable laws.
II. Types of Cookies used
 
  1. Cookies used by the Administrator are safe for the User's Device. In particular, there is no possibility of infecting the User's Device with viruses or other unwanted software or malware through these Cookies. The files allow for the identification of the software used by the User and customisation of the service to each individual User. Cookies typically contain the name of the domain from which they are downloaded, the storage time on the Device and the assigned value.
  2. The Administrator uses two types of cookies:
    1. Session cookies: stored on the User's Device, remaining there until the end of the browser session. The information saved is then permanently deleted from the Device memory. The mechanism of session cookies does not allow for collection of any personal data or any confidential information from the User's Device.
    2. Persistent cookies: stored on the User's Device, remaining there until they are deleted. Ending the browser session or disabling the Device does not delete cookies from the User's Device. The mechanism of persistent cookies does not allow for collection of any personal data or any confidential information from the User's Device.
  3. The User has the possibility to limit or disable the access of cookies to their Device. In case of choosing this option, the use of the Website will be possible, except for the functions which, by their nature, require cookies.
III. The purpose of Cookies
 
  1. The service Administrator uses First-party Cookies for the following purposes:
    1. Website configuration
      • customisation of the Website content for the User's preferences and optimisation of the use of the Website;
      • recognition of the User's Device, localisation and proper display of the Website, tailored to the User's individual needs;
      • remembering the settings chosen by the User and personalisation of the User interface, e.g. in respect of the selected language or the User's region;

    5. Website traffic analysis, research and audit
      • creation of anonymous statistics that help to understand how the Website Users benefit from the web pages, which allows for the improvement of their structure and content.

  2. The service Administrator uses Third-party Cookies for the following purposes:
    1. collecting general and anonymous statistic data via analytics tools:

    2. Use of interactive features in order to popularise the Website using social networking websites:
      • Facebook.com [administrator of cookies: Facebook Inc., seated in the USA, or Facebook Ireland seated in Ireland]
IV. Possibility of determining conditions of storage or access for Cookies
 
  1. The User can, at their own discretion and at any time, change the settings for Cookies by specifying the terms of their storage and access to the User's Device. Changes in the settings referred to in the foregoing sentence can be made using the web browser settings or through the service configuration. These settings can be changed in particular to block the automatic acceptance of cookies in the web browser settings, or to inform the User each time about saving the Cookies to the User's device.   2. Cookies can be deleted by the User at any time using the features available in the web browser.
